Changes ahead, but the dialog continues

(continued)

Inside MSN will continue to be a listening post, where we welcome users to engage with us on issues that matter to them by sending in Letters to the Editor — a commitment that will continue. In carefully reading all comments submitted, we are able to use feedback to help prioritize initiatives and features that have been introduced or are coming down the road.

Among ideas that your feedback has fueled is the MSN Extra section, which I also helped to develop. Long having heard that readers want more stories about good news, animals, average people and deeper discourse, we conceived Extra as an experimental platform with meaning — one that allows us to blend content from around MSN on a range of topics.

Inside MSN also has been about transparency — and explaining many of the ways we work and why. In the spirit of openness, I'm announcing that the changes to this section also include my moving to a new position. Rest assured, Inside MSN remains in capable hands.
