It's no secret that comic and fashion icon Joan Rivers has seen plenty of needles and scalpels (how many cosmetic procedures has she reportedly had?). But it's rare for Rivers to be the one giving an injection. Regardless, the 78-year-old star gave daughter Melissa Rivers, 44, an injection of fertility drugs on an episode of their reality-TV show, "Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best" (what did Joan practice the shot on beforehand?).
