The 78-year-old stepmother of actor Mel Gibson, 56, filed a restraining order against him after she claims he threatened her (what else did she say happened?).  Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson married Mel's father, Hutton (see photos of him), in 2001 and is now reportedly in the middle of a divorce.  She says Mel (who was he recently seen partying with?) lost his temper and exploded on her several times because she doesn't agree with a controversial medication for Hutton (what did he accuse his ex of?).
