Search: Naked man arrested outside star's home

Police arrested a man in Los Angeles after he allegedly ran through a neighborhood naked and screaming (what was he allegedly saying?).  Officers found the man in a bush outside "Pirates of the Caribbean" star Orlando Bloom's house (see photos of his son).  He reportedly had to be tackled before police could handcuff him and take him to jail (which other A-list star lives in the area?).  No word on what charges he'll face.
