Search: Cult-film star Susan Tyrrell dies at 67

Oscar-nominated actress Susan Tyrrell (bio), the beloved cult-film starlet who lit up the screen in films like "Fat City" (watch a clip), "From a Whisper to a Scream" (watch a clip) and "Cry-Baby" (watch a clip), died this past weekend at the age of 67. Tyrrell was diagnosed in 2000 with the rare disease essential thrombocytosis (full medical description), which eventually led to her legs being amputated.
