Search: Bride gives birth at her wedding

A bride apparently went into labor and gave birth – just after saying "I do" at a town-hall wedding in France (what did she have?).  The woman reportedly started feeling sick after the couple said their vows (what almost caused the wedding to get called off?) and then realized her water was broken.  She then apparently gave birth on the spot (which reality star just welcomed a new baby?).
