Search: Billionaire to build Titanic II

Clive Palmer, a billionaire from Australia, announced plans to build a high-tech, 21st Century version of the Titanic (what happened to the original ship?).  Palmer (what does he say the ship will be?) said he recently made a deal with a Chinese shipping company to build the new ship (when will it set sail?).  He says it will travel from England (to where?), just like the original ship was supposed to.
