Search: Woman taped kid to the floor?

A day care worker in Kentucky is facing criminal charges after she allegedly taped a toddler to the floor (see photos of what she reportedly used).  Police say the woman used the tape to restrain the child on a mat (what did she allegedly ask the child to do?).  The center where the woman works says she admitted the incident to them and was fired (what is the company going to buy now?).
