Long Island mom Debbie Stevens says that she was fired from her job (at what billion-dollar company?) as soon as her boss "got what she wanted." What she wanted, according to court papers, was a new kidney; and after Stevens donated her own kidney, her boss took little time in finding a reason to let her go (is demand for organ transplants on the rise?).
