Video footage showing what looks like a long, snake-like creature slithering through a river (in what country?) has some people proclaiming that a new Loch Ness Monster has been found (watch the video). While the footage has convinced some that the "creature" is real, others aren't so sure (what do some skeptics believe it is?).
