A Kansas lawmaker introduced a bill that would make the dog breed that played Toto (see photos of which kind) in "The Wizard of Oz" the official state dog (which states have state dogs?). A supporter of the bill says the breed was chosen because of its memorable role in the movie (watch a clip). They say the bill could be implemented in as little as two weeks.
