Search: Flight from L.A. to Florida takes 19 hours, thanks to unruly passenger

Passengers aboard a Spirit Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., endured what's being called the "flight from hell" after an unruly passenger forced an emergency landing and subsequently a 10-hour delay, putting the entire trip at more than 19 hours (who caused the delay?). The flight reportedly landed in Houston (see how long the flight should have taken), but since Spirit doesn't operate out of Houston, passengers were forced to wait for hours while a solution was worked out (is Spirit compensating the passengers?).
