Welcome to the New MSN Homepage
Now you can take control of your experience on MSN with new features that allow you to customize content, change the look of the page and share information more efficiently. This tour will help you discover the changes to the new homepage and find your favorite features.
Customize your page
Choose the number of headlines you would like to display for MSNBC News, FOX Sports, MSN Money and MSN Entertainment (the number of headlines can also be increased or decreased by clicking the +/- buttons). Use this tool to change your MSN homepage color setting to spice things up.
Select content
The content customization feature allows you to view local news, display up to 10 stock quotes in the order you choose and enter your astrological sign for a personalized daily horoscope.
Weather
Create a customized weather report that displays conditions for up to 10 locations. You can arrange the cities in order of preference and scroll through your list for extra details.
Video
The new MSN homepage offers an inline video player for improved video viewing. Watch the day's top video, then go to MSN Video for more choices.
MSN & You
The new MSN & You section introduces you to new and compelling tools, features and services throughout MSN. For example, the gas finder will tell you where to buy the cheapest gas in your ZIP code. Look for these features at the bottom of your new MSN homepage.
Bottom Navigation
The bottom navigation provides another entry point into the best content offered on MSN.
Hotmail
The new MSN homepage allows you to monitor your e-mail and access MSN homepage content on the same page. If you prefer privacy, you can choose to "Hide" e-mail messages. For more information about Hotmail, see Windows Live Hotmail.
My MSN
Add virtually any content you want to your My MSN page. Keep track of an unlimited number of your favorite sports teams. Add links to all your favorite Web sites outside of MSN. Want even more content on your page? Add a new column -- better yet, tack on another page. Get local news and weather from multiple areas, all in the same screen. Delete modules that you don't want to see. With My MSN, your online experience truly becomes personal.
Spaces
Use Spaces to share photos and comments with your friends and family, blog about your life or even plan parties.
